The story of Petul : our intention

Petul is housed in a former restaurant in Zambratija, a place long valued by the local community. Today, it opens a new chapter through own approach to cooking and hospitality.

who we are : Daniel & EMIE

Daniel is Croatian, Emie is French. Two cultures, one shared vision. Both passionate, they met through their work in fine dining and discovered a common language in food : one that blend tradition, precision and generosity.
